小儿恶性肿瘤住院病人浅析

摘　　要：目的了解小儿的恶性肿瘤住院患儿的疾病种类、年龄及性别变化不同的情况。方法对本院286例住院小儿恶性肿瘤的构成比进行分析。结果2003年1月～2006年10月小儿恶性肿瘤住院患儿286例，白血病、脑和神经系统的、骨、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、肾是排列前五位小儿恶性肿瘤，共221例，占82．5％，其中白血病在小儿恶性肿瘤中排列第一位，占54．9％（147例），白血病、脑和神经系统肿瘤以5岁～14岁儿童多数的，骨肿瘤以10岁～14岁儿童居多，非霍奇金淋巴瘤以5岁～9岁儿童居多，肾和眼肿瘤以0—4岁幼儿居多，男性多于女性（1．5：1）。结论小儿恶性肿瘤严重的危害小儿身体健康，其发病率有上升的趋势，应结合小儿各部位肿瘤发病的特点，有效地开展防治工作。Objective To explore various conditions of the disease, such as category, age, sex. Method To analyze the constitutional proportion of 286 children inpatients with malignant tumor. Result The clinical data included 286 children inpatients with malignant tumor. The top five of malignant tumor are leukemia, brain malignant tumor, neurological malignant tumor, non - Hodgkin lymphoma, bone malignant tumor and kidney malignant tumor in 221 cases （82.5 % ）, and the most malignant tumors are lymphoma （147 cases, 54.9% ）, the ages of a great number of children with leukemia, brain malignant tumor and neurological malignant tumor are 5 to 14 years old. The ages of majority of bone malignant tumor are 10 to 14 years old, the ages of majority of non- Hodgkin lymphoma are 5 to 9 years old, and the ages of majority of kidney and eye malignant tumor are 0 to 4 years old, the ratio of male and female is 1.5：1. Conclusion The children＇s malignant tumors do harm to children＇s health, and the incidence of tumors has an ascendant trend. Effective measures must be carried out to prevent and treat the disease according to the pathogenetic characteristic of tumors.
