摘　　要：传统光电传感器CIS(Contact Image Sensor)和CCD(Charge Coupled Device)具有统一的视频输出信号格式,此信号格式可以采用相关双采样的方式进行模数转换以消除低频噪声,从而获取清晰的数字图像。新近推出的高速CIS,为了提高像素输出速度,在像素信息中去掉了暗参考电平的信息,不能直接使用通用视频AD芯片对其进行处理。针对这款新型的高速CIS进行电路设计,调整了CIS的输出信号,依然使用通用视频AD进行模数处理;同时,根据相应的信号调整完成软件一致性校准的设计,最终获取满意的数字图像。The Photo-electric-sensors of CIS and CCD have the same format of analog video signal, which can be sampled by the Correlated Double Sampling to remove the low frequency noise. For the purpose of increasing the pixel outputting speed, a new CIS without the information of dark level is designed recently. But the new product can not be directly processed by the universal video AD. A kind of circuit is designed to adjust the output format of the new CIS to be sampled by universal video AD, and the video signal is processed by the hardware and software simultaneously. Then a high qualified image is acquired.
