摘　　要：目的:通过对北京市乙类大型医用设备配置现状的分析,为制定北京市乙类大型医用设备规划(2006-2008)提供客观依据。方法:对北京市各级地方医院乙类大型医用设备配置现状进行调查,并对北京市相关专家就设备的合理工作量进行问卷咨询调查。数据采用Epidata3.0录入,运用SAS8.2进行统计描述、相关分析等统计分析方法。结果:截至2005,北京市拥有164台CT、95台MRI、78台DSA、39台SPECT、25台LA。设备的年均检查人次分别是6078、3036、810、3453、8332,专家建议设备的合理年检查人次分别为9200、5196、2088、2310、6870。结论:目前北京市乙类大型医用设备配置量增长速度较快,超过实际需求,利用不足和利用过度并存现象严重,五种乙类大型医用设备中除了SPECT和LA外,其他设备的利用率均有待提高。因此应该本着降低利用过度的设备,提高利用不足的设备使用率,实现对北京市乙类大型医用设备的科学配置和利用。Objective： to study the volume and ulization of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ in beijing,and to present data support for beijing＇s devloping Allocation Planning of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ （2006-2008）. Methods：A questionaire, was designed to know al）out the allocation volume of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ of all hospitals and the Reasonable Yearly-checked volume. All data were input and checked by EPI3.0 and processed with the SAS8,2 software. Results： Until 2005, the allocation volume of CT was 164,and MRI was 95,DSA was 78,SPECT was 39,LA was 25.The actual Yearly-checked volume of CT was 6078. and MRI was 3036,DSA was 810,SPECT was 3453,LA was 8332,The Reasonable Yearly-checked volume of CT was 9200,and MRI was 5196,DSA was 2088,SPECT was 2310,LA was 6870. Conelusions： the allocation volume of some Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ was beyond the aetuall need.Both over utilization and low utilization existed. Except SPECT and LA, the Yearly-checked volume of the ott,er three equipments should be further improved. A comprehensive and scientific allocation planning of Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ was vital.
