摘　　要：本文介绍了TMS320C32芯片的结构组成和片内外资源的工作特性，结合其在低成本惯导／卫星组合导航系统中的应用，详细介绍了C32外围硬件电路的设计和用户程序自动引导功能（boodoader）的实现方法。The framework and external/internal resources of TMS320C32 are described in the paper about combined with the application in low cost INS/GNSS integrated navigation system, the implementation approach of peripheral circuit design and auto-bootloader functions of C32 are described in the detail.
