茶树种质紫阳1号不育性初探

摘　　要：紫阳1号常年不开花不结果,是一种非常罕见的茶树种质资源。通过对紫阳1号、南江大叶、鸠坑、紫阳圆叶和紫阳槠叶5个品种茶树生物学特性及鲜叶中与育性相关的酶的活性的测定。表明紫阳1号鲜叶中游离脯氨酸含量低;SOD、CAT、α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶活性低;但其鲜叶中POD活性明显高于其他4个供试品种。C. sinensis cv. Ziyang 1 is a rare tea germplasm that doesn′t flower and fruit all the year round. Biological characteristic and some sterility-relative enzymes in C. sinensis cv. Ziyang 1 and other tea plasm C. sinensis cv. Nanjiang-daye,C. sinensis cv. Jiuken, C. sinensis cv. Ziyang-yuanye and C. sinensis cv. Ziyang-chuye were studied in the paper. The results showed that in flesh leaves, the content of chlorophyll and the activity of CAT, SOD,α-amylase, β-amylase in C. sinensis cv. Ziyang 1 is low, but the activity of POD is higher than the other test varieties.
