摘 要:“浙商”迅速崛起和快速发展蕴含和呈现着丰富而又深刻的人文精神,它既是浙商取得成功的真正奥秘所在,又是浙商存在局限的根本原因所在,需要我们去揭示和阐明。为此,浙江省社科重点研究基地——浙江工商大学“浙商”研究中心举办了首期“‘浙商’研究月度论坛”,与会专家和企业家就“‘浙商’的人文精神”这个主题各抒己见,观点鲜明,丰富的思想和观点可以概括为“‘浙商’的人文特性”、“‘浙商’的伦理精神”、“‘浙商’的人文传统”和“‘浙商’人文精神的研究方法”等。其核心是继承中国传统文化特别是浙江工商文化传统,接受西方文化影响,凝结实践经验的具有综合性和原创性的自主与相关统一的主体性人文精神。Zheshang' s fast development demonstrates the rich and profound humanity spirits, as the key to both successes and restrictions of Zheshang, which needs further exploration and discovery. SC far, Zheshang Research Center( ZSRC), as a key member of Zhejiang Social Sciences Research Fundamental Base(ZSSRFB),held the first Zheshang Research Monthly Forum, tiffed with Zheshang's Humanities. The attending professionals and entrepreneurs put forward various thoughts and discussed heatedly with sharp perspectives, which could be summarized as follows:Zheshang's humanity characters, Zheshang's moral spirits, Zheshang' s humanity tradition, the research methodology of Zheshang's humanity spirits and so on. The core of Zheshang' s humanity is the subjective humanity spirits as a unity of autonomy and relativity integrating comprehensiveness and originality with practical experiences, stemming from China' s, especially Zhejiang' s, traditional business culture, and influenced by the western culture.
