摘　　要：随着社会市场对人才质量要求的不断提高,致使高等教育教学改革不断深化,各高校普遍都以教学改革项目来牵动教学改革工作来全面提高人才培养质量服务社会,如何组织教学改革项目建设并建立科学有效的管理与质量监控体系则成为确保教学改革项目质量的重要保障。With the consistent improvement of the social markets＇ demands for talents＇ quality, all the high schools are furthering their teaching reforms. Generally, they employ the items of teaching reform to influence the affairs concerned so as to improve the quality of talent-training and serve the society. Therefore, how high schools organize the construction of the items of the teaching reform and establish some scientific and effective systems for the management and quality-supervising will be the important guarantee of the high quality of the items of teaching reform .
