国产吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察国产吉西他滨(GEM,泽菲)联合顺铂(PDD)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及毒性反应。方法:34例NSCLC患者采用GP方案(GEM 1000mg/m2,第1、8天静脉滴注,PDD40mg/m2,第8、9天静脉滴注),21d为1周期,全组病例均接受2个或2个周期以上治疗。结果:34例患者共化疗87个周期。总有效率(CR+PR)44.1%(15/34)。毒副作用以白细胞和血小板下降为常见,但均可耐受。结论:吉西他滨联合顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效,且毒副反应可耐受,值得进一步研究及推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabine made in china（Gem） combined with cisplatin（PDD） as chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small lung Cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： 34 cases were treated with GP regimen： GEM 1000mg/m2 dl,d8 iv infusion, PDD 40mg/m2 d8, d9 iv infusion, 21 days for one cycle, and all patients received 2 or more cycles of therapies. Results： 34 patients were given 87 cycles of therapy and the overall response rate was 44.1%（ 15/34）; The main toxicities were leucopenia and thromboeytopenia. Conclusion： GP regimen is effective and well tolerable for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer and worth using widely.
