摘 要:目的 了解疾病预防控制在职人员接受培训需求调查的现况及相关因素,提示培训管理部门重视培训需求调查工作。方法 问卷调查1168名国家级、省级、地县级疾病预防控制在职人员接受培训需求调查的现况。结果 总培训需求调查率为24.0%,国家级疾病预防控制在职人员的培训需求调查率为29.4%,明显高于省级的18.3%和地县级的16.4%(P〈0.01),社区卫生服务专业人员的培训需求调查率为38.6%,明显高于地方病与寄生虫病预防控制专业人员的6.5%(P〈0.01)。结论 当前培训需求调查工作的覆盖面偏低且不均衡,各级疾病预防控制机构应重视培训需求调查工作,切实掌握在职人员的各种培训需求,为科学、合理制订培训计划提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the situation and related factors of professional training among staffs from centers for disease control and prevention at different levels. Methods 1168 staffs from the centers for disease control and prevention in national, provincial, prefectural and county levels were sampled respectively and inquired about their needs and participation of inservice training. Results The overall rate of staffs in need of inservice training was 24.0%. To be specific, it was higher than in national level (29.4%) than in provincial and prefectural levels (18.3%, 16.4%, all P 〈 0.01 ), and higher in the specialty of community health (38.6%) than in the specialty of endemic and parasitic disease control(6.5%, P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Currently, the coverage of inservice training is insufficient and imbalanced. Investigation on this need should be carried out for the staffs in centers for disease control and prevention at different levels staffs in order to scientifically and reasonably makes training plans.
