摘 要:目的探讨小儿退热解毒颗粒解热作用的机理。方法采用酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型,观察小儿退热解毒颗粒对发热大鼠下丘脑中PGE_2和cAMP含量的影响。结果小儿退热解毒颗粒可降低发热大鼠下丘脑中PGE_2和cAMP含量。结论小儿退热解毒颗粒可通过抑制下丘脑中PGE_2和cAMP含量升高而发挥其解热作用。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Xiaoertuirejiedu Granule(XG) on the effect of antipyretic. Methods: Chose febrile model of rats induced by yeast suspension. Observed the effect of XG on the contents of febrile medium such as PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus tissue of febrile rats induced by yeast. Results: XG could increase contents of febrile medlum such as PGE2 and cAMP obviously. Conclusion: It shows that XG had antipyretic effect. The mechanism can be relevant to restrainting the synthesis or releasing of inflammatory mediator PGE2.
