摘　　要：设计一个基于ARM7的便携式光谱仪,采用SONY公司的高灵敏度CCD—ilx511作为光电转换器,被测光源发出的光线经狭缝落在光栅平面上,经光栅色散后在CCD像元上成像,CCD采样输出模拟电压经过缓冲后进行A/D转换,A/D转换后的数字量由ARM控制器控制经由串口传送到上位机处理。In this paper, a portable spectrometer based on ARM7TDMI-S is designed. The CCD--ilxSll which has high sensitivity, designed by SONY company is the light-electricity converter. The ray emitted by the light source falls on the grating surface through the narrow gap disperses, and then images. The analog outputs from the CCD sampling are converted to digital signals, which are delivered to the computer through the RS -232 serial port under the control of ARM7.
