正交实验优选复方癃闭治颗粒中挥发油的包合工艺

摘　　要：目的优选复方癃闭治颗粒中挥发油的β-CD包合工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,以包合物得率和挥发油利用率为指标,考察β-CD与挥发油的比例、包合温度、包合时间。结果最佳包合工艺为A3B2C2,即包合2 h,挥发油与β-CD的比例为1∶6,包合温度为40℃。结论上述条件包合复方癃闭治颗粒中的挥发油最为合理。Objective To prepare the inclusion complex of volatile oil with β - CD. Methods Condition for preparing inclusion complex was optimized by the orthogonal design. Results The optimum conditions were to stir 3 hours withl ： 6 of the volatile oil and β - CD, the temperature was at 40%. Conclusion This research provided the best including condition for the preparation of inclusion complex of volatile oil in Longbizhi capsule is established.
