摘  要:目的探讨机器人在脑外科立体定向手术中的应用。方法对30例脑出血、脑肿瘤、脑脓肿等适合行立体定向手术的患者,利用机器人辅助手术系统行无框架脑立体定向手术,其中4例通过互联网行远程遥控机器人辅助立体定向手术。结果手术全部成功,平均穿刺误差1.5 mm,患者头部的创口<1 cm,手术时间大大缩短,减少了术后并发症,手术成本也大大降低。结论机器人在脑外科立体定向手术中应用安全,手术准确可靠;通过公共互联网应用机器人实施遥控操作手术突破了距离的限制,集医疗和计算机自动化为一体,使立体定向手术准确、创伤小。Objective To study the application of computer-assisted operation in space orientation of brain surgery. Methods Computer-assisted operation was made on 30 patients of cerebral haemorrhage, brain tumour and brain cyst who were suitable for the operation,in which 4 patients underwent the operation applied by remote control robot on the Internet. Results All operations were successful. The puncture error was less than 1.5 nun;the head wound of patient was 1 cm or less. The operation time was shorter and the post-operative complications were reduced. The cost of the operation was greatly cut down. Conclusion It is safe and precise to use robot operation in computer-assisted space orientation in brain surgery. The operation, applied by remote control robot through public Internet, breaks through the limitation of distance, combining medicine and computer together, making the operation simple, precise and minimal wound.
