摘 要:用双荚槐和伞房决明的1年生枝条为试材,通过低温处理,用电导法测定它们的相对电导率,并用Logistic方程拟合求拐点值来估计其半致死温度,探讨它们的抗寒性.结果表明:双荚槐的半致死温度为-6.27℃,伞房决明的半致死温度为-11.13℃;伞房决明的抗寒性大于双荚槐;在徐州地区引种这2个树种,冬天须保护越冬.One-year-old shoots of C. bicapsularis and C. corymbosa were selected for the study of their cold-resistance under different low temperatures by determining the relative electric conductivity in their leaves. The semilethal temperature of C. bicapsularis and C. corymbosa was calculated from a Logistic equation. The results show that the semilethal temperature of C. bicapsularis and C. corymbosa is respectively -6.27 ℃ and -11.13 ℃, and the cold-resistance of C. corymbosa is stronger than that of C. bicapsularis. The article points out that protective measures should be taken in winter if Cassia bicapsularis and C. corymbosa are to he introduced into Xuzhou.
