摘　　要：通过对当前高校毕业生就业指导和服务工作现状的分析,探讨大学生就业指导和服务工作的基本思路,进而提出构建适应新形势的高校毕业生就业指导与服务工作新模式。To provide employment guidance for graduates is one of the important tasks in modern college education. The paper analyzes the present situation in this regard, discusses the possible practical measures the university administration could take and puts forward a new optimal framework under the new circumstances
