摘　　要：基因治疗是近年来治疗肿瘤的新方法,因治疗策略的不同而发展为2个分支:一是分子肿瘤治疗,包括肿瘤抑制基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、反义基因治疗、抑制肿瘤血管形成的治疗、免疫基因治疗;二是virotherapy。简要综述了肿瘤基因治疗的各种方法及其在胃癌治疗中的应用和发展前景。Gene therapy has been new way of oneotherapy in recent years. There is two healing stytles, one is molecular cancer therapy, including the replacement of defective tumor suppressor genes, the introduction of suicide genes, genetic immunotherapy, anti-angiogenetie gene therapy and antisense gene therapy, and the other is virotherapy. The new trends in gene therapy and update their application in gastric cancer were reviewed here.
