海洛因依赖者的三维人格特征的对照研究

摘　　要：目的测评海洛因依赖者的三维人格特征。方法对42例正常人和42例海洛因依赖者进行TPQ问卷调查,采用两样本比较的t检验。结果海洛因依赖组和正常对照组相比TPQ总分分别为(48.86±6.71)分和(44.48±7.45)分,t=-2.83、P=0.006;NS3分别为(4.48±1.81)分,(3.4±1.53)分,t=-2.93、P=0.004;HA4分别为(5.05±2.08)分,(3.67±2.00)分,t=-2.22、P=0.029;RD4分别为(3.4±1.23)分,(2.71±1.37)分,t=-1.74、P=0.086,因子得分较高。而上述两组的HA3相比分别为(2.79±1.66)分,(2.83±1.50)分,t=-3.10、P=0.003;RD2分别为(4.69±1.55)分,(4.88±1.4)分,t=-2.43、P=0.017,因子得分较低。结论海洛因依赖者有独特的三维人格特征,表现为TPQ总分及NS3、HA4、RD4因子得分较高,而HA3、RD2因子得分较低。Objective To investigate the tridimensional personality traits of the heroin abusers. Methods 42 heroin abusers and 42 normal people were measured with the TPQ. Results Compared between heroin abusers and the normal people,TPQ total scores （48. 86 ± 6.71 ; 44. 48 ± 7.45 ; t = - 2. 83, P = 0. 006 ）, NS3 （ 4. 48 ± 1.81 ; 3. 4 ± 1.53 ; t = - 2.93,P=0.004）,HA4（5.05±2.08;3.67 ±2.00;t = -2.22,P=0.029） and RIM （3.4 ± 1.23;2.71 ±1.37;t= - 1.74, P = 0. 086） scores of heroin abusers are higher, but HA3 （ 2. 79 ± 1.66 ; 2. 83 ± 1.50; t = - 3. 10, P = 0. 003 ）, RD2 （ 4.69 ± 1.55 ;4. 88 ± 1.4 ; t = - 2.43, P = 0. 017） scores lower. Conclusion The heroin abuser has special tridimensional personality. TPQ total scores and NS3, HA4, RD4 scores of heroin abusers are higher, but HA3 and RD2 scores lower than normal.
