摘 要:在对数生长期的藻液中分别加入不同质量浓度的水杨酸(SA)溶液,进行胁迫培养(25℃,24 h5000 lx连续光照+营养盐饥饿),诱导细胞内虾青素的合成积累。在诱导过程中,显微观察不同质量浓度SA处理后细胞形态和虾青素积累的动态变化,并定期取样测定虾青素含量。结果表明,10.0 mg/L和5.0 mg/L的SA能够明显促进雨生红球藻中积累虾青素。其中,5.0 mg/L的SA诱导最为明显,不仅可以加快虾青素积累进程(比对照组提前23 d),而且虾青素产量比对照组提高75.8%;而15 mg/L和20 mg/L的SA溶液则对藻细胞有毒害作用。Effect of extraneous salicylic acid (SA) on astaxanthin accumulation was studied in alga Haematoccu pluvialis. After SA was added into the vegetative green ceils at a different concentration, the alga was cultivated under unfavorable conditions (24 h light cycle, 5000 Ix, 25 ℃, nutrition deficiency) for growth to promote astaxanthin accumulation. In this stage, morphological changes in the ceils treated by different levels of SA were observed with light microscopy and the astaxanthin content was determined by absorption spectral (0D49o). The results showed that the astaxanthin accumulation increased at a rate of 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L SA. There was 23 d earlier and 74.2% higher in astaxanthin accumulation at 5 mg/L treatment compared with the controls. When SA content was more than 15 mg/L, however, the SA had lethal function to the ceils. The higher SA content, the more serious lethal function to ceils occurred.
