摘　　要：本文分析了目前水泥工业自动化技术的现状，介绍了模糊控制技术在水泥回转窑温度控制系统中的成功应用、DCS系统的结构和水泥回转窑温度控制过程应用软件开发。运行结果表明，系统稳定可靠，控制效果良好。能满足生产工艺要求。In the paper, the current status of automation technology in cement industry is analyzed and the successful application of fuzzy control technology in temperature control system of cement rotating kiln,the structure of the DCS and the development of application software for the temperature control process of cement rotating kiln are introduced. The operational results show that the system is stable and reliable and the control effect meets the requirements of production technology.
