摘　　要：介绍了在TCP/IP和ATM网络中的一些拥塞控制技术,重点分析了控制理论的一些成果在拥塞控制中的应用,指出目前的拥塞控制技术中的不足,并提出了一些利用复杂控制系统理论与智能控制系统解决拥塞问题的新思路。Some congestion control technologies in the TCP/IP and ATM networks are introduced. Some applications of control theories in this field are analyzed. The shortcomings of the current congestion control technologies are pointed out and some new idea to solve the congestion control problem with the theory of complex control system and intelligent control system is presented.
