摘　　要：首先,通过回顾历史与分析现状找出了我国国有企业治理结构存在的问题;接下来对这些问题存在的环境进行了较深入的分析;最后,在上述分析的基础上提出了解决当前国有企业治理结构方面存在问题的基本思路。Firstly,have found out the problem of state-owned enterprise governs structure in our country by recollecting history and analysing current situation.Have carried out more thorough analysis on the environment that these there exist in problem then.Finally,Have brought about the train thought of resolving the problem existing in the present state-owned enterprise＇s govern structure on the basis of above analysis.
