服装专业大学生就业心理影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：以学生选择从事服装打版职业为例,调查分析中国大陆7所高等服装院校的325名学生的就业心理,找出影响学生对职业选择的主要因素.结果显示,学习兴趣对就业心理影响显著,而学校类型、专业方向等与学生是否选择打版职业无显著相关关系.Taking fashion students who working in the area of pattern making in China as an example, the psychological factors influencing the employment aspirations are investigated and analysed through questionnaire survey,which includes 325 fashion students from 7 different universities in the China's Mainland, and the main factors which influenc students employment are found out. The results show that study interest is the main factor impacts to employment, but school and major etc. have no relevant relations with students＇ employment.
