摘　　要：民办大学是以职业教育为重心的高等教育机构,培养具有开创型个性的、高创业素质的高等专门人才,其创业教育体系的基本内容应包括:现代创业意识,创业心理素质;创业能力;创业知识与技能。Private colleges are profession-centered higher education institutions, of which an enterprising system includes the following aspects： modem enterprising awareness, an enterprising psychology, enterprising competency, expertise and skills.
