摘　　要：近年对各种油料作物或者油脂产品的能源化研究成为一个热点,猪油经过酯交换后所得产品甲酯可以做为生物柴油添加在矿物柴油中,既可利用过剩的猪油资源,又可以缓解燃油的紧张局势,具有一定发展前景。this paper reviews the utilization of lard in food and other industry. Lard was transestered into methyl ester which can be used as substitute of diesel in feul. This method can make best use of surplus lard, on the other hand, it can relieve the energy crisis and decrease the emission of greenhouse gas.
