枢复宁加地塞米松防止恶性血液病化疗所致呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：本文报道用枢复宁加地塞米松（Dex）防止恶性血液病化疗所致呕吐42例（计108疗程）；16例（计36疗程）单独使用枢复中作对比，结果显示枢复宁加Dex组防止化疗呕吐的完全控制率显著高于单用枢复宁组（P＜0．01），而有效率二者无明显差异（P＞0.05）。因此，枢复宁加Dex是一组安全有效的理想止吐剂。This research reports 42 cases receiving treatment ondansetr0n plus dexamethason(lO8 courses)for the prevention of emesis after chemotherapy for their malignant hemoto1ogic disorders and another 16 casesusing ondansetron only (36 c0urses) as a contrastive group. The results indicate that the patients receiving on-dansetron plus dexamethas0ne have a remarkably higher rate of comp1ete c0ntrol of emesis than th0se using 0n-dasetron 0nly(P<O. Ol ),while in both groups their response rate d0esn't show obvi0us difference (P>0. O5).This suggests that ondansetron plus dexamethas0ne is a group drug of safe and effective antiemesis in the c0m-plete control of emesis.
