津白Ⅱ小鼠自发乳腺癌病理相关特征分析

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析津白Ⅱ小鼠自发乳腺癌病理相关特征。方法:从2005年3月～2006年10月共收集津白Ⅱ自发乳腺癌小鼠59只,记录其发瘤时间、生产次数、发瘤部位、发瘤数目,并对肿瘤组织进行病理学检查以确定肿瘤的性质。结果:59只津白Ⅱ自发乳腺癌小鼠的发瘤时间平均为330d,生产次数平均为2.7次,肿物的好发部位依次为左下腹、左前胸、右前胸、右下腹及颈背部。有12只小鼠的肿物是多发的,其余均为单发,经病理证实其多为乳腺腺癌。结论:津白Ⅱ小鼠经过长期的连续传代后其自发乳腺癌的特征与以前的报道有所差异。Objective： To observe and investigate the pathologic characteristic of spontaneous breast cancer in TAⅡ mice. Methods： 59 cases of TAⅡ spontaneous breast cancer mices were collected from March 2005 to October 2006. The tumor occurred time, parity, sites of tumor, numbers of tumor were recorded and the tumor nature was determined by pathologic observation. Results： In 59 cases of TAⅡ spontaneous breast cancer mices, average tumor occurred time was 330 days,the average parity was 2.7, predilection sites of tumor were left lower quadrant,left prothorax, right prothorax, right lower quadrant and the nape in order.The tumors of 12 mices were multiple,others were single.Tumors were almost confirmed to be mammary adenocarcinoma. Conclusion：Through serial passage for a long time, characteristic of spontaneous breast cancer in TAⅡ mice is different from previous reports.
