摘  要:目的:研究环氧合酶(COX-2)在结肠黏膜、结肠腺瘤性息肉以及结肠癌中的表达,并探讨COX-2与结肠癌和结肠腺瘤性息肉之间的关系。方法:随机续贯选择结肠腺瘤性息肉患者30例,结肠癌患者30例,以正常结肠黏膜30例作为对照组。用免疫组化方法检测COX-2的表达。结果:结肠癌组COX-2的阳性表达率显著高于正常结肠黏膜组(P<0.005)和结肠息肉组(P<0.05),结肠癌组COX-2的表达强度显著高于正常结肠黏膜组(P<0.01)和结肠腺瘤性息肉组(P<0.05),结肠腺瘤性息肉组的阳性表达率和表达强度高于正常结肠黏膜组(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2表达增高可能与结肠腺瘤性息肉和结肠癌的发生、发展有密切联系。Objective: To explore the relationship among COX-2 ,colonic adenomatous polyp and colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detected COX-2 expression in the tissues of 30 colonic adenomatous polyp, 30 colon cancer and 30 normal colonic mucosa specimens. Results: It was shown that the positive rate of COX-2 expression in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa (P〈0.005) and in colonic polyps (P〈0.05). It was shown that the intensity of COX-2 expression in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa (P〈 0.01) and in colonic adenomatous polyp (P〈0.05). The positive rates and intensity of COX-2 expression in colonic adenomatous polyp was higher than those in normal colonic mucosa (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Increasing COX-2 expression in the tissues of colon cancer and colonic adenomatous polyp may play an important role in the development mechanism of colonic adenomatous polyp and cancer.
