Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌术后激素替代治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌手术后患者激素替代治疗(HRT)的安全性。方法:选择20例Ⅰ期Ⅰ级子宫内膜癌手术后要求缓解围绝经期症状的患者进行HRT。行HRT前建立随诊病历,记录症状,做全面体检和检验。根据个人情况,给予雌孕激素制剂,定期进行全面体检和检验随诊。结果:20例患者经HRT后,明显改善围绝经期症状,提高了生活质量,未见子宫内膜癌复发,也无乳腺肿瘤生长。结论:Ⅰ期Ⅰ级子宫内膜癌患者术后可以谨慎使用HRT。Objective： To observed the effect and safety of hormone replacement therapy postoperatively on endometrial carcinoma stage Ⅰ. Methods： Every patient had a follow up sheet to record symptoms, physical examination and laboratory test. Hormone was given in minimal dose and longest period just to relieve perimenopause the symptoms. Physical examination and laboratory test were taken periodically. Results： 20 patients treated with low dose hormone intermittently were followed up for 2-5 years. The symptoms were resolved obviously, life quality was improved. No estrogen induced tumors were discovered. Conclusion： Postoperative patients of endometrial carcinoma stage Ⅰ can be treated with hormone replacement therapy.
