贵金属烤瓷修复体的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察贵金属烤瓷修复体的临床修复效果。方法:将245例645颗牙分成两组。实验组328颗牙用贵金属烤瓷冠桥修复;对照组317颗牙以镍铬合金烤瓷冠桥修复。在两组修复体完成时和修复体使用36个月后检查修复体的颜色、边缘适合性、颈缘变色、牙龈健康状况、瓷损坏,将其检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:贵金属烤瓷修复体的色彩效果、颈缘适合性、颈缘变色、牙龈健康状况均优于镍铬合金烤瓷修复体(χ2检验,P<0.05)。结论:贵金属烤瓷修复体具有良好的边缘适合性和生物学适应性以及满意的色泽,优于镍铬合金烤瓷修复体。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of precious metal ceramic crown. Methods：645 teeth from 245 cases were divided into two groups.Experimental group consisted of 328 teeth that were restored with precious metal ceramic crown, and 317 teeth were treated with Ni-Cr metal ceramic crown as control group. The color, marginal adaptation of restoration, gingival discoloration, health of gum, fracturing in porcelain were examined at once and 36 months after restoration in both groups, respectively. Chisquare test was used for statistical analysis. Results： The color, marginal adaptation, gingival discoloration, health of gum in experimental group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The present study demonstrates the marginal adaptation, biological adaptability and well-color in precious metal ceramic crown are better than those in Ni-Cr metal ceramic crown.
