摘 要:在30℃下采用广口瓶密闭熏蒸法熏蒸48h和72h,测定青椒精油、红椒精油、一级麻素及二级麻素对赤拟谷盗(Tribolium castaneum Herbst)成虫的熏蒸致死作用及LC50值。结果表明LC50值大小顺序为一级麻素>二级麻素>红椒精油>青椒精油。进一步研究熏蒸时间和温度对青椒精油及红椒精油熏蒸活性的影响,结果表明熏蒸时间越长,LC50值越小,两种花椒精油的持效期较长;随着温度的升高,同一精油浓度下赤拟谷盗的校正死亡率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。The LC50 of four prickly ash extracts on adults of Tribolium castaneurn Herbst were investigated by fumigation for 48 h and 72 h in sealed jar at 30℃. The highest one of LC50 was primary spicy element, followed by second spicy element, red prickly ash essential oil and green prickly ash essential oil. The effects of treatment time and temperature on fumigation activities of two essential oils were further researched. The results indicated that the longer fumigation time is , the lower LC50 will be, and the persistant efficiency of the two essential oils are relatively long. Because the tmeperature goes up, the corrected mortality first increased and then decreased, at the same concentration.
