德州驴血液蛋白质多态性研究

摘　　要：应用中心产区简单随机抽样方法采集73头山东省沾化县德州驴的血液,用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)技术对7个血液蛋白质座位进行了检测。根据标准遗传距离,采用模糊聚类法对5个驴种3个血液蛋白质多态性座位基因频率进行了聚类分析显示,晋南驴与关中驴的遗传距离最近,德州驴与关中驴的遗传距离相对较远。Blood samples of 73 individuals of Dezhou donkey from Zhanhua County of Shangdong Province were collected by simple random sampling in typical colony. 7 blood protein loci were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（PAGE） According to standard genetic distance, gene frequencies of 3 blood protein polymorphic loci from 5 donkey breeds were analyzed with the fuzzy cluster method. The results showed that the genetic distance between Jinnan donkey and Guanzhong donkey was the closest, but relatively distant between Dezhou donkey and Guanzhong donkey.
