妇科肿瘤患者血清白细胞介素 2 受体检测的临床意义

摘　　要：应用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１７０例子宫肌瘤、子宫颈癌、卵巢癌、绒癌等患者血清白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平，结果表明，子宫颈癌、卵巢癌及绒癌患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于子宫肌瘤及疾病对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。妇科恶性肿瘤患者经手术切除及放疗、化疗后血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示检测血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平对妇科良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断和疗效观察有意义。Using sandwich ELISA,the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) were measured in 170 cases patients with uterine leiomyoma,cervical carcinoma,ovarian cancer and choriocarcinoma.The results showed that the levels of sIL-2R in the patients with the carcinomas of cervix,ovarian and choriocarcinoma were higher than those of uterine leiomyoma and disease controls,the levels of sIL-2R in the patients with gynecologic malignant tumor decreased significantly after treatment by operating,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The result indicated that sIL-2R may be used as a useful clinical indicator in diagnosis and curative effect assessment.
