香烟烟雾对大鼠晶状体脂质过氧化与抗氧化作用的影响

摘  要:观察了香烟烟雾对大鼠晶状体的脂质过氧化作用以及对抗氧化酶活性和非蛋白质巯基水平的影响。结果表明,吸烟组大鼠晶状体湿重减轻,晶状体中的过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加(P<0.01),而非蛋白质巯基(NP-SH)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示,香烟烟雾可能是导致白内障形成的重要原因之一。The effects of cigarette smoking on lipid peroxidation, the activities of antioxidases, and the level of non protein sulphydryl group in the rat lenses were investigated. The results showed that compared with the control group, MDA contents were significantly higher, while the wet weight of lenses, the concentration of non protein sulphydryl group, the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly decreased in the smoking rats. This study suggested that cigarette smoking might be involved in the development of cataract.
