较发达地区大学生管理的问题与对策

摘　　要：较发达地区由于经济发展水平、大学入学率和商品经济比重较高,使这些地区大学生的现念和行为正在多方面挑战传统的大学生管理观念和措施.产生这些挑战的直接原因在于经济人意识的觉醒,大学的扩招,网络的普及和独生子女比重较大等.解决这一问题的对策在于更新大学生管理现念,改善管理措施和加强大学生的心理辅导和咨询.College students in the comparatively developed regions in China, are challenging the traditional views of management and measures because of their higher level of economic development, the higher enrollment of college students and higher ratio of commodity economy in their regions. Their challenge is directly owing to the awakening of economic individualism, the enlarged enrollment of college students, the easy access to the Internet and the larger quantity of the ＂only child＂ in the family. Therefore, the following solutions are suggested： change colleges＇ administrative concepts, improve the administrative measures and increase the amount of psychological tutoring and consulting service for students.
