摘 要:[目的]从广西甜茶粗提物脱苦残渣中提取甜茶茶多酚,探索广西甜茶的综合利用前景。[方法]经过甜茶茶多酚原液的制备、甜茶茶多酚的提取、测定甜茶茶多酚含量、吸附树脂吸附等程序,最后得到产物,称其可溶性固形物的重量,测定样品的纯度。[结果]广西甜茶粗提物脱苦残渣加酸溶解后,通过大孔吸附树脂DM!301吸附的分离,得到纯度为72.12%的甜茶茶多酚。[结论]该研究具有很高的开发利用价值,为广西红茶的综合利用提供了有益探索。[Objective] Sweet tea polyphenol was extracted from crude extracts and debittering residues of Guangxi sweet tea. The comprehensive utilization prospect of Guangxi sweet tea was studied. [Method] Production was obtained through preparation of sweet tea polyphenol solution, sweet tea polyphenol extraction, detection of polyphenol content and resin absorption, The soluble solids of the production were weighed, [Result] During the process of debittering and crude extraction, residues with high sweet tea polyphenol content were obtained, After dissolving with acid and absorbing by macroporous resin DM -301, the purity of sweet tea polyphenol could reach 72.12 %. [Conclusion] This research had high development and utilization value and provided helpful explore for the comprehensive utilization of Guangxi sweet tea.
