高校财务监管的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的跨越式发展,高校教育经费随着办学规模不断扩大而增加,有的高校收支已有几十亿元。教育行政管理部门和高校管理者如何管好用好学校教育经费,提高效益,减少浪费和损失,预防腐败,已成为高校办学的一个重要课题。通过分析高校财务监管的现状和高校目前财务监管存在的主要问题,提出了当前加强高校财务监管的几点对策。With the rapid development of Chinese higher education and the gradual expansion of student＇s numbers, the outlays of the universities and colleges are also increasing. In some of these universities and colleges, there have been billions of income and expenses. Therefore, the managers of the universities and colleges and the education administration are confronted with a plenty of tasks such as how to manage and use the outlays, improve their efficiency, reduce the waste and prevent corruption. In this paper, three aspects of financial supervision and management in the universities and colleges are explored, that is, the induction of its present situation, the analysis of the major problems, and the countermeasures put forward to enhance the financial supervision and management.
