摘　　要：冲突是交往中存在的普遍现象,对冲突的性质进行认真的分析和研究,尽量避免破坏性冲突的发生,积极引导和发展建设性冲突,在建设性冲突中通过各种思想激烈的交锋与互相启发,使学生能够在积极、活跃的氛围中将自己的创造潜能最大可能地发挥出来。Conflict is the common phenomena during communication. Therefore, careful analysis and study of the characters of conflict will avoid the destructive conflicts and lead to constructive ones. With constructive conflicts various thoughts collide drastically and illumine each other which let students bring out their creative potential in active environment.
