摘　　要：目的:探索桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症(central pontine myelinolysis,CPM)的临床特点,提高诊断率。方法:对2例CPM患者临床资料进行分析并复习文献。结果:CPM患者常表现为四肢瘫痪、假性球麻痹、精神症状及癫痫发作,易引起误诊误治。结论:尽管CPM少见,但其有典型临床表现及核磁共振特征,结合临床综合分析,诊断并不困难。Objective：To investigate the clinical features of central pontine myelinolysis （CPM）,and improve the accurance of diagnosis. Methods ：The clinical manifestation of 2 cases of CPM was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed. Results：The patients with CPM often presented with tetraplegia, pseudobulber paralysis, psychiatric symp tom and epilepsy, it could be misdiagnosed and mistreatment. Conclusion：Although CPM is rare, there are some typical clinical manifestations and some manifestations on MRI, associating with clinic data, we can make the diagnosis of CPM.
