氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效。方法应用氩激光巩膜突光凝术对原发性开角型青光眼患者36例67只眼进行了治疗。结果术后观察2年，眼压下降幅度与术前比较有显著性（P＜0．001），且未见严重的并发症发生，其中21只眼已停用了降眼压药物。结论氩激光巩膜突光凝术治疗原发性开角型青光眼是一种有效方法。Objective To evaluate the curative effective of argon laser scleral spur photocoagulation for treatment of primary open angle glaucoma. Methods Thirty-six cases (67eyes ) of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) were treated with argon laser scleral spur photocoagulation in outpatient service. Results All of the cases were obsevred for two yrars after treatment.The intraocular pressure after treatrment was significantly 1ower (P <0. 001 ) than that be fore treatment.Critical complication hadn't occured. There were no use the medicine of anti -glaucoma in 21 eyes. Couclusion The curative effect of argon laser scleral spur photocoagution was satisfied.
