摘  要:采用3个不同地理种源的毛红椿种子开展不同贮藏方法对种子发芽能力的影响实验,结果表明,不同种源的毛红椿种子其发芽率有较大差异,按发芽率高低排序依次为:官山自然保护区>马头山自然保护区>九连山自然保护区。在不同时间和温度处理下进行种子贮藏,不同种源种子的发芽率有显著差异,其中江西官山自然保护区种源的种子在贮藏1a后其种子发芽率仍保持较高,达到50%以上。以适当的低温进行种子贮藏有利于提高毛红椿种子潜在发芽率。Three different Provenances of Toona ciliata var. pubescens were used to study the effects of storage conditions on its seed germination. The results showed that there were great differences in germination percentage between the provenances. Germination percentage of the seeds from Matoushan Nature Reserve was higher than that from Jiulianshan Nature Reserve, but lower than that from Guanshan Nature Reserve. Storage time and temperature had a significant effect on germination for three provenances. The germination percentage of seeds from Guanshan Nature Reserve was still higher than 50% after one year of storage. The potential germination percentage could be increased if the seeds were stored in a reasonable low temperature.
