摘　　要：目的：观察Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗头颈部巨大血管瘤的疗效。方法：从１９９０～１９９３年，用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗头颈部巨大血管瘤１６例，其范围大、位置深为临床罕见，根据瘤体的不同类型、部位、范围、厚度，采用不同的麻醉方法，选择合适的激光功率和照射方法。结果：１６例患者均治愈，达到了无瘢痕、不出血、不致畸的良好效果。结论：临床治疗观察证明Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光治疗头颈部巨大血管瘤为一安全有效的治疗方法。Objective:The aim of this paper was to observe the treatment of huge hemagiomas in head and neck with Nd:YAG laser.Methods :From 1990 to 1993,16 patients with huge hemagiomas in head and neck which are rare in clinic were treated with Nd:YAG laser using proper laser power and different methods of anaesthesia and irradiation according to the type,location,range and thickness of hemagiomas. Results:The effects of scarlessness and no bleeding was showed and no abnormity was found.Conclusion:The clinicl result indicated that the treatment of huge hemagiomas in head and neck with Nd:YAG laser was safe and effective.
