摘　　要：需求变更已经成为软件开发项目中突出的风险源头，直接影响了软件项目的质量。分析了需求变更的原因，得出了处理需求变更的基本原则，结合软件项目管理经验提出了应对需求变更的解决方案。该方案简明、完整，具备较好的可操作性，在实际项目中取得了较好的应用效果．可供需求分析与设计开发人员参考。The requirement changes have being one of the top risks and influence the quality of software project. This paper analyzes the reasons of requirement changes, and concludes the prime principle of requirement changes. A solution which manages requirement changes based on experience of software project is given. This solution is compendious, complete and operability and has been used in many Projects. It can be helpful to the requirement analysts, designers and developers.
