摘　　要：同步多媒体合成语言（SMIL）是W3C制定的对多种媒体（视频，音频及静止图象等）之间的时间与空间关系进行定义的一种语言，SMIL的出现对于创作新型的包含有时间同步信息的多媒体课件有开创性意义．本文着重介绍一种能进行创作设计SMIL多媒体课件的平台。Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language（SMIL）, established by W3C, is a language which can define the spatiotemporal relation of various media（audio, video and images, etc.）. The ？mergence of SMIL is a significance to design the new type of multimedia courseware that include synchronous information. This thesis emphasizes on introducing a platform that can be used to design SMIL multimedia courseware.
