摘　　要：转喻作为一种重要的认知方式,对语言的发展起了重要作用,因此在外语词汇学习时,转喻思维可以帮助学生更好地掌握二语词汇。通过转喻模式对于词义变化的影响说明转喻思维在词汇学习中的重要意义。As an essential way of thinking, metonymy plays an important role in language development;therefore, in the process of vocabulary acquisition, metonymic thinking can help to better grasp vocabularies. This paper will explicate the influence of metonymic model in the change of words＇ meaning in order to show the importance of metonymic thinking in second language vocabulary acquisition.
