摘 要:设计了适合于白线焊缝跟踪系统的图像处理算法,利用同态滤波、二值化等方法实现对采集图像的预处理,运用Hough变换法提取图像的特征边缘,并由此确定边缘位置,通过D/A转换将位置偏差量反馈成电压,控制伺服电机推动探架转动,保证探头实时跟踪焊缝。实验结果表明,该图像处理算法检测效果理想,检测精度达到±1 mm内。The image processing method was proposed for white line seam tracking system. The preprocessing for collecting image was realized by homomorphic filter and binarization. The image characteristics edge was extracted by Hough transform and the position of edge was fixed on. Through D/A transform, error about the position was fed back into voltage and Servomotor controlled the rolling of the frame which guaranteed probe realtime tracking seam. Experimental results show that the image processing algorithm has satisfactory detection results and the accuracy of deviation detection si ±1 mm.
