摘 要:本文作者对北京市31所中职学校的调查结果显示:校外兼职理论课教师所占比例偏高,实习教师所占比例偏低;在职称结构中,副高级以上职称所占比例偏低;在年龄结构中,50~60岁的兼职教师所占比例偏高;在学历结构中,具有硕士及以上学历的兼职教师所占比例最低。The result of a sample survey among 31 secondary vocational schools in Beijing show that: part-time teachers has a low proportion; the proportion of theory part-time teachers is high and the proportion of practice teachers is low; the proportion of part-time teachers of deputy high professional title is low; the proportion of part-time teachers of 50-60 years of age is high; the proportion of part-time teachers with a master's degree and above is the most low. Therefore, vocational schools should establish and improve the hire system and operation mechanism of part-time teachers, increase the proportion of part-time teachers and part-time teachers engaging in practice teaching, and establish relatively stable part-time teaching staff.
