摘　　要：通过讨论一类线性中立型系统的渐近稳定性,利用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)和Liapunov泛涵,给出判定此类线性中立型系统渐近稳定的充要条件,在一定基础上简化了判断此类时滞中立型系统稳定性的条件,从而推广了该类判断的结果。This paper deals with the asymptotic stability of a class of linear neutral systems. By using the linear matrix inequalities and constructing Liapunov functional, the necessary and sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability are obtained, thus generalizing the conclusion of the system.
