摘　　要：教育行政执法是实现教育立法宗旨、发挥教育法律法规作用的关键环节之一,也是当前教育法制建设中的重点、难点问题。系统地研究和探讨我国教育行政执行的理论和发展趋势问题,对于加强和改善我国教育行政执法,严格依法行政,确保教育法律法规的真正贯彻实施,具有十分重要的意义。本文重点对教育行政执法的内涵与发展进行理论研究,并结合历史与时代主题,分析了我国教育行政执法的发展趋势,并最终就完善我国教育行政执法提出政策建议。Educational administration enforcement is one of the key links to realize the aim of educational legislation, and also the key and difficult point in current educational law construction. This paper focused on the theoretical study of the connotation and development of educational administration enforcement. Then it analyzed the development trend and put forward some suggestions.
