摘 要:目的:探讨颗粒细胞等5种小脑皮质细胞在全脑短暂性缺血时的组织化学改变。方法:用组织化学方法对家兔全脑缺血5min(B组)、10min(C组)及缺血再灌(D、E组)后颗粒细胞等五种细胞的酶组织化学变化进行了观察。结果:显示缺血10min及缺血再灌后小脑皮质五种细胞的SDH、Mg2+-ATP活性及PAS反应均降低(P<0.01),LDH增高(P<0.01)。结论:家兔全脑缺血10min和缺血再灌可损害小脑皮质五种细胞的物质代谢和能量代谢酶的活性,并与超微结构的损害相印证。Objective: In order to explore the histochemical changes of five kinds of cells including granule cell of cerebellar cortex etc in temporary cerebral ischemia. Method: The histochemical method was used in experimert to observe the enzyme's histochemical changes in the rabbit's particu late cellular after ischemia of 5 minutes (group B), 10 minutes (group C) and reperfusion (group D, E), respectivety. Results: It showed that after 10 minutes of ischemia and reperfusion, the activities of SDH, Mg^2+ --ATP in the five kinds of cells in the cerebellar cortex and the reactivity of PAS were reduced (P〈0.05), while the activities of LDH were increased (P〈0.01). The results suggested that 10 minute ischemia and reperfusion of the rabbit's cerebrum might damage the activites of enzymes associated with the energic metabolism and the substantial metabolism of the five kinds of cells of cerebellar cortex. This corresponded with the damage of the ultrastructure.
