摘　　要：给出了2006年全国研究生数学建模B赛题的背景,对参赛者在该赛题中所出现的普遍问题进行了分析,并给出了求解思路和参考答案.Both the research background of the problem B in the Mathematical contest in Modeling for the graduate students of University of China in 2006 and a simple comment on the contest papers are presented. Further more, a referential solution for the problem B is also presented.
